Genivox Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading and using our apps, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may change, modify, add, or delete these terms at any time. If the changes include material modifications that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you of the changes by reasonable means.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 13 years or older to install or use our Apps. If you are at least 13 but not yet 18 years of age, please have your parent or legal guardian review this Privacy Policy with you, discuss any questions you might have, and install the App for you.

3. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, and we do not store or have access to your payment information.

However, we may collect the following types of non-personal information:

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our App, such as features accessed, session duration, and in-app interactions.
• Device Information: Details such as device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers.
• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance user experience and analyze app usage trends.

3.1 Face and Photo Data

When you use LYRA’s photo features (face shape analysis, color season analysis, or hairstyle try-on), we collect the following data from the photos you provide:

• Facial Geometry: Face shape measurements including forehead width, cheekbone width, jaw width, face length, jaw angle, and chin shape. These measurements are used to classify your face shape (e.g., oval, round, square, heart, oblong, diamond, or triangle).
• Color Data: Average skin tone color, average hair color, and average eye color extracted from your photo. These are used for color season analysis (Spring, Summer, Autumn, or Winter).
• Photos: The selfie or photo you provide is uploaded to our servers for AI-powered hairstyle generation and color analysis.

We do not collect biometric identifiers (such as Face ID data or fingerprint data). The facial geometry we measure is used solely for hairstyle recommendations and is not used for identity verification or facial recognition.

3.2 Your Consent for Face and Photo Data

Before we collect or process any face or photo data, the App will present you with a clear explanation of what data we collect, how we use it, which third-party services may process it, and how it is stored. You must provide explicit consent by agreeing to these terms before any photo data is uploaded or processed. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your data through the App’s Settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Improve and optimize our services.
• Analyze app usage to enhance user experience.
• Ensure app security and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4.1 Face and Photo Data Usage

We use the face and photo data we collect for the following purposes:

• Face Shape Classification: To determine your face shape and recommend hairstyles that complement your facial features.
• Color Season Analysis: To analyze your skin tone, hair color, and eye color to determine your color season and suggest complementary hair colors and styling.
• Hairstyle Try-On: To generate AI-powered previews of how different hairstyles would look on you.
• Personalized Styling Recommendations: To provide AI stylist chat responses tailored to your facial features, color season, and hair profile.

We do not use your photos or face data to train AI models. Your photos are used solely to provide the services described above.

5. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Privacy Policy, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access, download, and install the most current version of our apps on a single authorized mobile device that you own or control solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment use.

6. Use Limitations

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any part of the Apps.
• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access or interact with the Apps.
• Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party analytics services that help us understand how users interact with our Apps.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect our rights.

8.1 Third-Party AI and Cloud Services

To provide our AI-powered features, your photo data may be processed by the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini Vision API
  Purpose: Color season analysis (skin tone, undertone, and contrast level detection).
  Data sent: Your uploaded photo (referenced by an internal asset identifier).
  Data retention: Google processes the image in real-time and does not retain your photo after processing. Google’s data usage is governed by their Cloud API Terms of Service.
• AI Hairstyle Generation Service
  Purpose: Generating hairstyle try-on previews.
  Data sent: Your uploaded photo and your selected hairstyle.
  Data retention: Generated images are stored in your account vault until you choose to delete them.
• Cloudflare R2
  Purpose: Secure encrypted cloud storage for uploaded photos and generated images.
  Data retention: Photos and images are stored until you delete them from the App or request full account data deletion.
• Adjust
  Purpose: App install and subscription attribution for advertising measurement.
  Data sent: Device identifiers and subscription events only. No photo or face data is shared with Adjust.

All third-party services we use are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for purposes other than providing their services to us.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your face data, photos, and generated images for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:

• Uploaded photos: Retained until you delete them or request account data deletion.
• Face shape and color season analyses: Retained until you delete them from the App or request account data deletion.
• Generated hairstyle previews: Retained in your vault until you delete them individually or request account data deletion.
• Chat history: Retained locally on your device and on our servers until you delete it.
• Non-personal usage data: Retained only as long as necessary to provide and improve our services.

You can delete your data at any time:

• Delete individual items: Remove specific analyses, generated images, or chat conversations from within the App.
• Delete all data: Use the “Delete My Data” option in Settings > Legal & Privacy to permanently delete all photos, analyses, generations, and chat history from our servers.

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove the specified data from our servers and cloud storage within 30 days.

11. Data Storage and Security

Your photos and generated images are stored securely on Cloudflare R2, an encrypted cloud storage service. Your account data (analyses, vault items, chat history) is stored on our backend servers. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to stored data is restricted to your authenticated account.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect collected data, but no method is 100% secure.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the data we collect.
• Object to data processing.
• Request deletion of collected data.
• Withdraw your consent for face and photo data processing at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Any damage or loss resulting from App usage.
• Unauthorized access to user data.
• Third-party content or services integrated into our Apps.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated through our Apps.
