Genivox Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use Tai Chi For Beginners (the “App”).

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading and using the App, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We may change, modify, add, or delete these terms at any time. If the changes include material modifications that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by reasonable means.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 13 years or older to install or use the App. If you are at least 13 but not yet 18 years of age, please have your parent or legal guardian review this Privacy Policy with you, discuss any questions you might have, and install the App for you.

3. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, and we do not store or have access to your payment information.

3.1 Information You Provide in the App

During onboarding you may enter details to personalize your program — such as a nickname, gender, age, height, weight, wellness goals, experience level, and a preferred reminder time.

This information is stored locally on your device (in the App’s on-device storage) so the App can build and display your personalized plan. It is not uploaded to our servers, is not linked to your identity, and is removed when you delete the App from your device.

3.2 Usage and Device Information

To keep the App reliable and to understand how it is used, we may collect non-personal information:

• Usage Data: Which features you access, session duration, screens viewed, and in-app interactions.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version, language, region, and app-instance identifiers generated by analytics services.
• Diagnostics: Crash and performance data used to fix issues and improve stability.

3.3 Subscription Information

When you start a free trial or purchase a subscription, our subscription provider and the Apple App Store process the transaction and report back a subscription status (for example, active, expired, or cancelled) and related purchase events. We use this only to unlock premium content and manage your access. We never receive your card number or full payment details.

3.4 What We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect photos, camera or face data, contacts, precise location, or health data from Apple Health / HealthKit. Any body-related details you enter (such as height or weight) stay on your device as described in Section 3.1.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Build and personalize your Tai Chi program based on the answers you provide.
• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• Analyze aggregate usage to enhance the user experience.
• Deliver optional daily practice reminders if you enable notifications.
• Manage subscriptions and unlock premium content.
• Ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device to remind you to practice. These reminders are generated on-device. You can turn them off at any time in the App or in your device’s Settings > Notifications.

6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent your information. We use a small number of trusted service providers:

• Google Firebase (Analytics & Remote Config)
  Purpose: Understanding aggregate app usage and delivering configuration/content remotely.
  Data involved: Usage events, device information, and app-instance identifiers. Governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Superwall
  Purpose: Presenting subscription offers and tracking subscription status.
  Data involved: Device identifiers and subscription/purchase events. No health or profile data you enter is shared with Superwall.
• Apple App Store
  Purpose: Processing purchases, free trials, and subscription renewals.
  Data involved: Your purchase is handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy; we receive only a subscription status.
• Legal Authorities: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

All third-party services we use are required to protect your data and may not use it for purposes other than providing their services to us.

7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Tai Chi For Beginners provides general fitness and wellness content for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

8. International Data Transfers

Information processed by our service providers may be stored in countries outside your country of residence. We rely on providers that maintain appropriate safeguards to protect your data.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

• On-device profile data: Stored locally until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.
• Analytics and diagnostics: Retained by our providers only as long as necessary to provide and improve the service.
• Subscription records: Retained as required to manage your access and meet legal/accounting obligations.

To remove the profile data stored on your device, delete it within the App or uninstall the App. For any other request regarding your data, contact us using the details below.

10. Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our service providers is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. We implement industry-standard measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request deletion of collected data.
• Opt out of analytics collection through your device settings.
