Welcome to Grail, operated by Genivox Limited. Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the App. By accessing or using Grail, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
By downloading and using Grail, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time; your continued use of the App after a change signifies your acceptance of it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Grail. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Grail on a mobile device you own or control, for your personal use in managing your own trading card collection.

Grail offers premium features through an auto-renewing subscription managed by the Apple App Store.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Important.
Prices shown in Grail are automated estimates gathered from third-party marketplaces and pricing services. They are not appraisals, valuations, offers to buy or sell, or financial advice, and they may be wrong.
Card prices are volatile and depend on condition, edition, printing, grading, timing and the specific buyer. The estimates in the App may be out of date, may reflect asking prices rather than completed sales, may be affected by a card being misidentified, and may not reflect what your card would actually sell for.
You are solely responsible for any decision to buy, sell, insure, trade or value a card. Do your own research and seek professional advice before acting on any figure shown in the App. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any price, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on one.
Important.
The App’s condition and centering analysis is an automated software estimate based on a photograph. It is not a professional grading service and does not predict what grade a card would receive.
Grail is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to PSA, Beckett (BGS), SGC, CGC or any other grading company. Any reference to a grading scale is used for descriptive comparison only.
The accuracy of the analysis depends heavily on lighting, focus, camera angle and the card itself, and it can be wrong. It must not be used as the basis for buying, selling, insuring or submitting a card for grading.
Grail uses automated text recognition and artificial intelligence to identify cards. This process is probabilistic and will sometimes return the wrong card, the wrong set, the wrong printing or no result at all — particularly for damaged, unusual, non-English or heavily reflective cards.
You are responsible for checking that a card has been identified correctly before relying on it. The App provides manual search and editing tools for this purpose.
Photographs you take remain yours. They are stored on your device, and we claim no ownership of them.
By scanning a card, you grant us the limited right to transmit that image to our AI identification provider for the sole purpose of identifying the card and returning the result to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your photographs to train AI models, and we do not retain them.
You agree not to submit photographs of people, or any content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to submit.
Card names, images, logos and game content are the property of their respective rights holders, including but not limited to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, Disney and the various sports leagues and card manufacturers. Grail is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.
Card data and images are retrieved from third-party sources and marketplaces. We do not control that data and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Those services may change or become unavailable, which may affect features of the App.
Features that depend on the internet — card identification, pricing and market data — may be unavailable, delayed or interrupted. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that any identification, grade or price it produces will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it, though you must cancel any active subscription separately through the App Store.
Your use of Grail is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the App handles and how AI is used.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Genivox Limited is established in Hong Kong SAR.
