These Terms govern your use of Repa, a mobile application operated by Genivox Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read them before using the App.
The short version
Repa suggests meals and estimates their nutrition and cost. Those figures are calculated, not measured, and the App is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. If you have a food allergy or a medical condition, always read the ingredients yourself before cooking or eating.
By downloading or using Repa you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. We may modify them; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Repa. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Repa on devices you own or control, for your own personal meal planning. This license does not transfer ownership of the App or its contents.

Repa offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store. The annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers, after which it renews yearly at $29.99 USD. A monthly subscription is also offered at $7.99 USD. Prices shown are in US dollars, or the equivalent in your local currency as shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account, at any time. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices may change. We will give notice of any price increase, and it will not apply until your next renewal after that notice. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Repa generates meal suggestions from the preferences you enter. It is not a dietitian, a nutritionist or a doctor, and nothing in the App is medical or dietary advice. If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, taking medication, or following a clinically prescribed diet, consult a qualified professional before relying on any plan the App produces.
The App can exclude recipes containing ingredients you tell it to avoid. This filtering is based on recipe data and is provided for convenience only. It is not a food-safety guarantee.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, always read the full ingredient list of every product you use. Do not rely on the App alone.
Calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat shown in the App are calculated from an ingredient reference table and the quantities in each recipe. They are estimates, not laboratory measurements, and will differ from what you actually eat — portion sizes, brands, preparation and substitutions all change the result. Do not use them for clinical purposes.
Prices per meal, weekly totals and any savings shown are estimates derived from typical ingredient costs. They are not quotations, and they are not tied to any shop’s current prices. What you actually pay depends on where you shop, what you already have, and prices on the day.
Fridge Chef and meal logging use artificial intelligence to interpret photographs. AI misreads things. You are asked to confirm what it finds before anything is used, and you are responsible for checking that the result is right.
Photographs you take remain yours. By using the photo features you grant us permission to transmit those images to our AI provider solely to return a result to you. We do not store them, publish them, or use them to train models. See our Privacy Policy.
Recipes, images, text and software in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may cook from them and share a plan with your household; you may not republish, redistribute or resell them.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available without interruption or free of errors. Features may change, and recipes may be added or removed.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for any loss arising from reliance on nutrition figures, cost estimates, allergen filtering, AI results or meal suggestions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
