Welcome to Tai Chi For Beginners, provided by Genivox Limited! Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the app (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any changes.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

3. Grant of License

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on a mobile device you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Use Limitations

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the App.

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Tai Chi For Beginners provides general fitness, exercise, and wellness content for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

• Consult a physician before beginning this or any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, elderly, or have any medical condition or injury.
• Perform all movements at your own pace and within your own limits.
• Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.
• You participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with physical activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genivox Limited is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from your use of the App.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App offers premium features through an auto-renewable subscription, sold and managed by the Apple App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription, except where required by law.

7. Third-Party Services & Content

The App may include links or content provided by third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their terms, policies, or actions.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and use your data. By using the App, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any damages or losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
• Unauthorized access to or use of your data.
• Any third-party services, advertisements, or content within the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts within that jurisdiction.
